We Have A 7-Day Return Policy, Which Means You Have 7 Days After Receiving Your Item To Request A Return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Return
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ColorGardengz@163.com
- We will review the request. After the approval request, we will send you our warehouse address via email.
- Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We’ll cover the cost of any return shipping if the exchange even returns is a result of our error or defective product.
Refunds
You can apply for a refund within 7 days from the date you received the goods. You can contact us directly via email, and we will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. And the return address is same as the exchange address.
If approved, we will process your refund. After we submit the refund application, the credit limit or money will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within at least 7 working days. The actual time for the refund to arrive should be Subject to the processing of your bank or credit card company.
